Strategic Leadership International - a unique programme

We have scanned on-going programmes and the work of other institutions. From the analyses of 9 European organisations and 10 UK University-based initiatives it’s clear that our Programme with its approach to learning for leadership in combination with the involvement of Clinicians, Managers and other professionals from the health and social care field at a local level is separate, distinct and unique from other programmes.

I feel that you get out of the course what you put into it. It certainly may not be for all and if your style is more as a passive recipient of information, then you may not gain as much from it as others. But if you are up for it then it is a refreshing opportunity to develop your skills in a new direction. Apart from this it is also great fun, and you do form excellent relationships with others on the course that I suspect will last quite some time”
